Tomorrow I have to perform at this place where some older people live and are kind

3. Take deep breaths before you perform especially if you are playing an instrument
so you won't run out of air to sing, play, dance or whatever you're doing.
4. Pick a spot in the crowd or pick a person and look at that spot through you're
performance if you have stage fright or don't like to perform in front of other
people. But don't stare at it all the time, you don't want your audience to think
you're weird or strange.
If you have a performance coming up then follow these tips. Hopefully they won't let
