If you are stubborn or don't want to read 'crap' on religion, I suggest you go back
to the home menu. Any comments arguing against this or saying stupid things will be
ignored and deleted.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
So, I noticed there's a common misunderstanding about Christianity. People say that
we ''stuff religion down their throats saying ' Believe in God or you'll go to
That's not the truth.
It's not the believing in God part that separates us from him and sends us to hell.
It's sin that does that. As soon as we sin, there is a huuuuge gap between us and
God. Nobody alone could cross that gap. Not even the greatest Christian in the world.
You could be the greatest Christian in history, and only make about 1000th of the
way. God then sent his son, Jesus to save us from out sins. He died on the cross,
(Even though I think that was wrong of us...) and was buried in the tomb. 3 days
later, on Sunday, he rose to heaven. If you accept Jesus as our savior, and ask him
to forgive your sins, you will be saved. Jesus then acts like a bridge and allows us
to cross him and get to heaven. (And of course, we're going to sin again, but we can
always ask for forgiveness. You just have to mean it.)
Also, I just want to clear something up.
If someone were to ask me why I deserve to go to heaven, let me answer that.
I don't deserve to go to heaven. I'm a sinner, just like everyone else. But Jesus is
so loving, and he wants me to go to heaven, just like he wants everyone else, so he
allows me to go to heaven. (I sort of think of it as heaven as a clubhouse, and you
have to say a password to get in, only instead of a password, you have to ask for
forgiveness from God.)
Also, Jesus and God are the same person. Just to clear things up.
Hope you found my rant on the misunderstanding of Christianity interesting.
