The talk about college is really tiring...Category: Rant

I'm tired of listening to my sister and my mom talk on and on about college. Though
I know I'm not the one being lectured/ arguing by/with my mom, the thought of it
scares me, since I have around two more years to decide what to do.

I'm kind of torn between going to another state or staying here. =| I want to explore
other states, and I know I can take care of myself, but I don't want to leave my
family behind to work their ass off to pay for my college tuition.

I've already decided what I wanted to be, but I'm not sure if the education here is
good enough for what I want to study to be. =|

Just rambling.

I feel exhausted by the argument...xD;

oh wells. -shrugs-

Just random rant. -shrugs-

My sis's graduating this year, and my mom's spazzing out about it.
=_= Screw colleges, they are much too overpriced and overrated.

You are only young once, and Americans are pretty infamous for being
poorly travelled. You'd do well to travel and experience life in a
different place, even if it's within the US. I'm not sure about there,
but over here you can get student loans for university with almost no
interest. Could you not get a loan? You don't have to rely on your
parents anyway - you say you have two years left. Earn some money?

Orrr...come to the UK. :P Our international fees are more expensive
than the home student fees (we pay ~£3000 because the government pays
the rest) but I hear they're quite a bit cheaper than the American
fees. Another plus would the accommodation. Around $105 a week and you
never even share a room (having a roommate is basically unheard of
over here, you just share a flat or house and have your own room.) And
of course, you can drink at 18.

I would say that if you do stay in your state, move out. Don't live
with your parents. You have to move out sometime. Good luck! :P

Well, your lucky you already know what you want to do.
I'll be going to college next year.
And I still don't have a clue on what to do.
I'm really stuck. Especially I haven't decided what college I wanna go
