Yesterday I posted a riddle. Unfortunately, no one could even guess what the answer
was. So here it is:
The man said he heard a loud noise in the basement and that he chased the woman
down the block and called Shadow. But at this point he never said he went to check
the basement for all of the stolen property. So there was no real way of knowing
weather or not he was really robbed.
Ok, I know that makes little sense but then again I could have heard this wrong.
So I hope this new riddle will be better than the last.
Shadow was on vacation in a small country he knew nothing about. During the tour,
the guide said, "Today is a special day. For today, a young boy will become a man."
The boy comes running down the road and rests under a nearby tree. "The boy must run
all the way from the town, that is miles away, and he must drink an extremely sour
drink without flinching." While he is saying this, two men feed the boy ice. The
drink is passed to the tourists to drink, a few tried it, and all started to roll on
the ground due to the sour taste. The boy was passed the drink, everyone bet almost
half of their money that he couldn't take the taste, and all Shadow did was watch the
drink to make sure they don't switch it out for another. They don't. The boy drinks
the whole cup and doesn't flinch. The tour guide, and the two men, start to collect
the money. Then Shadow stops them and says, "That's a nice little con game you got
going on here. I'm going to the local police to report you."
So the men were arrested and everyone's money was returned. How did Shadow know
that they faked the whole thing, if the cup wasn't switched and he knew nothing of
