After the terrifying incident in the art gallery, slowly did ten years pass...
Ib and Garry would always tell this story to their young daughter, though to Victoria
it was a frightening tale that would always get her to sleep, a fantasy that her
parents had thought up of. But as she got older, she was no fool and realized that it
wasn't real. Surely her parents haven't gone through all that. But her mother would
always get weary and pale every time Victoria would ask to tell the tale again.
Eventually, she just stopped.
Until an invitation to look at the newest art exhibit in the gallery nearby was sent
to the family one day.
Victoria was eleven.
"Oh look... Garry..."
"...You really think we should, Ib...? After all, we..."
"...I suppose we can... I don't believe Guertena's pieces are still there. And Vy
looks like she really wants to go..."
But Victoria had no idea what she was getting herself into.
It was a frenzy of news to all art lovers, something unheard of about the unknown and
mysterious artist, Guertena. Something beyond 'Fabricated World', something beyond
his final work, 'Mary'.
She was not his final work.
'Julius' was his name, a piece supposedly created to accompany Mary before Guertena
took his last breath. In this piece was a boy in his mid-teens, blonde hair even and
straight with gazing blue eyes, his green collared shirt with long sleeves and shorts
adding to his prince-like appearance. He was holding just two roses, one purple and
He was Mary's prince, if not her knight.
But it was so long before he was found by a traveling art student, so long after Mary
But the moment she miraculously opened her eyes to stare into blue ones, only a smile
greeted her along with "Good morning, little sister."
"...Someone came," she could only say.
A green rose was held in the boy's hand. But the purple rose... who did that belong
Vy always did love purple.
