Love is anywhere, and can be with anyone, and at any age.
There is kid love
and Older love.
Love doesn't die. The fire inside our souls does, and it feels like love has burnt
out. I saw that love doesn't burn out, today. Isn't it fun when you are in
pre-school, and you have a little crush, and the little boy picks the little girl
fresh flowers from the pre-school garden? What about when you are in middle school,
and you have teen love, and you walk down the streets with your boyfriend/girlfriend
holding hands? Oh, and in high school, you have your high school sweet heart. Cute
huh? Well, today I saw an older love, and not the "tough love" kind, where you fight
over who will make dinner. I saw an older man, and an older woman walking down the
street with their hands wrapped around each other, and then the lady looked up and
smiled at her soulmate, and he looked down, laughed, smiled, and kissed her forhead.
Cute huh? Well, imagine being there. Those kind of things make us think about what we
want in life. We all want what they have. So why don't we strive for that? Love
doesn't have to die. It can last forever. There may not be anything "perfect" in this
world, but love is the closest thing we have to perfection. Let's all love one
another, and treat everyone as our own family. Let's come together as one, and make
the best of "perfection". Let's have what they have.
