I guess I'm writing this right now because I thought, "Hey! Lets write! AT 2 AM,
when I should be sleeping!"
Don't I just have the best ideas?
Um maybe I should get to the actual writing part.
My guess is that your life is kind of stressful. Maybe not at the moment, but... it
has been. Or it will be. And that is something that you can't control.
But you can control how you deal with your stress.
You can look at all of the things you need to work out or get done, pity yourself and
let yourself get overwhelmed, be crabby and take all of this out on other people.
[People that, I should say, did nothing to make you stressed.]
Or you can look at the people around you and think, hey. Everybody gets stressed out
sometimes, and they all pull through it. And you can look at people and be
considerate and not be filled of self pity. You can not get overwhelmed, and you can
realize that maybe other people are stressed too, and wouldn't appreciate it if you
get angry at them for no real reason.
I'm not saying I never take my anger and stress out on people. I'm just saying that
when you get stressed, you don't have to let yourself stoop down to that. You have a
