My name is 'Janey' Smith. My life so far has been pretty average so far. Until I met
Robby. At that moment Little Janey became Jane Smith. Family woman. Buisness woman.
We sat at the coffee shop and talked for hours, about everything. About nothing.
"Remember when we met?" Robby asked in a flirty voice.
"Yes we sat on this table." I replied, then realised it was romantic. "And... I would
look into your eyes and could practically see us here two years on."
"We were just kids then."
"Barely knew what true love felt like!
"Now we are... All grown up?" He suggested changing his voice town.
"But we still act like kids."
Robby pulled on a smile like he had a hanger in his mouth. I stopped to dream about
his silky brown hair, his mucsles complimenting his baggy jeans. His eyes...
"Janey?" I snapped out of it. Realising he had pulled a HUGE diamond ring out of his
pocket. "Will you marry me?"
I was gobsmacked!
"Yes! Yes! A hundred times yes!" I squeeled as tears rolled down my face.
Three hours on it was near closing time. We were still sat at the table holding
hands. So comfy we could grow old there. The magical atmosphere around table 13 was
broken rather fast though. "Guys, I know you are engaged but I ummm I gotta go." Tom
mumbled grasping a tea towel near his chest.
Tom managed the coffee shop. He did a grand job. He was rather... fat. He wore either
purple or green shirts with the most beautiful tie. I envied it dearly.
"Ok." I said. "Tom I... I love your -t-tie." Stuttering my last words I walked out an
engaged woman. Hand in hand with modern days prince charming.
