So I also had a prologue as well, you know to get into the more paranormal mood.
Here's the URL:
And the Long Pitch if you haven't read it already:
After just attending her parents' tragic and unexpected funeral, Cheyenne Davenport
sets off for Colorado, where her aging great aunt lives. Everything seems fine at
first; she's laid claim to a good part of her family's inheritance, her best friend
has decided to forgive her for an horrible mishap that's haunted Cheyenne for what
feels like forever, and a seemingly perfect boy has moved in across the street from
her aunt's rather large manor.
However, things aren't always as they seem, which Cheyenne finds is more accurate
than ever on the abandoned street as she explores the ancient manor. Before she knows
it, her life is turned upside down by the unsolved mystery of the "Hospital Boy", a
former occupant of the house she now resides in.
So if not everything is as it seems, how will she unravel the truth without paying a
price that's too steep?
Now it's not completely finished, so don't worry, I have a better ending for Chap. !.
That's just all I've done so far.
