The Katilix Poem (All about me)

When you sit down,
All by yourself,
And you see a girl,
Just a girl,
Sitting in the corner,
All by herself,
Smirking,
like she knows something
That you don't,
Reading a book,
Five thousand pages thick,
With horn-rimmed glasses,
And you turn away,
But you look back,
And suddenly,
she’s not there anymore,
THAT’S ME!

When you are outside,
Looking at the cars fly by,
And for a brief second,
A beat up car whooshes by,
And a girl is in the back,
Hunched over a Gameboy,
Wearing an old green jacket,
Ratty and stained,
Smiling,
Like she knows something
That you don't,
THAT’S ME!

When you take a breath,
And glance out the window,
You see that girl,
Walking down the street,
Humming the theme
Of something-or-other,
And smiling,
Like she knows something
That you don't,
And you begin to wonder,
Why this girl has been following you,
And she turns and
Looks you right in the eye,
And grins,
THAT’S ME!

And when you call the police,
A girl answers it,
With a deep voice,
And you gasp,
With surprise,
Because you know...
THAT’S ME!
