So... "To a Person"? That situation's going well. The following is a snippet of our
Me: My eyes and brain hurt so...
I've closed off the world, left in myself.
Remembering, wondering, imagining.
What's been, why it was, and what might be.
Him: That is amazing
Me: A part of me beside myself,
A darkness deep inside.
A melody I've never heard,
This "love" I've never tried.
How to approach, I'll never know,
I'm stuck upon the ride.
But I don't really want to leave,
In it I safe abide.
Him: How do you do this!?!?!?!
Me: "A problem, sir?" the girl remarked, a smile upon her face.
"I'm merely writing as I go, before the words do fade.
"Poetry is not your thing, this I do understand,
"But at times it comes quite naturally, like holding someone's hand."
Him: If you're trying to make me fall for you, its working
Me: Do I continue, or leave it so?
There's much more I can say...
I guess I'll let you freely go,
To think on what you've read.
And now, perhaps, to write YOUR poem,
I've much looked forward to.
Now you see how simple it is
Writing words in sets of truth.
Him: The rhyming is so amazing!

Me: Haha, take your time.
