Listen well and maybe even take a few notes. High school is not at all like middle school. I know teachers tell you that all the time, but you don't believe them do you? I know I didn't, but after being in school for almost four weeks...I can speak to you as a high school student. First off, tests/quizzes. You will have a test/quiz like almost everyday. Also, a class will have a test/quiz like once a week. Next, homework. Now, in middle school you did your homework you got full credit it, just for doing it. Well, in high school you don't. You actually have to try and they grade it and that grade is your homework grade. Also, its really not that much more homework in middle school. Maybe more projects, but not homework. Its just that you spend more time on your homework, so it feels like you have more homework. Finally, gym. I don't know about your middle school, but mine was tough on gym. I would hear all these stories that high school gym was so much easier. Its not. Its actually harder. Sure, you do more fun stuff like sports, but you run a longer distance. That's all I have to say about high school right now. Over and out.
