We had a wax museum today.
It's when the 7th grade girls dress up as important females for women's history
And the boys dress up as someone they're representing for Black history month. ;l
They have to have a display board presentation and really be in character.
c: Usually the 8th graders, 6th graders or teachers ask them questions and they have
to answer them as the person would.
Last year I was Serena Williams.
It was so much fun. I answered every answer just as she'd say it and played
paper-ball tennis with some kids.
I even had a tennis racket.
My friend was Alice Paul, another was Rosa Parks, Bessie Coleman, Ruby Bridges, and
other important women. D:
For the boys, Martin Luther King Jr., Dwayne Wade, Obama, George Washington Carver.
I even persuaded the teacher to let my friend be Tyra Banks.
But this year, most of the 7th graders chose current celebrities because it'd be less
Someone was Beyonce, another was Jay-Z,
Keke Palmer, Paris Hilton, New Boyz, Aaliyah, Some Actor,
Someone was even lady Gaga. D:
There were some people that impressed me though.
Bobby Fischer, Some really old doctor xD, Muhammad Ali,
and someone did Serena c: Though the Tyra didn't know much about her character.
And someone did Obama. :o
The 7th graders could've done some people that actually contributed to something or
some people. :/ Most of the people they picked didn't do much, hell, some are
actually just new or famous just 'cause they're famous.
