First, make sure it's really love (ie: you smile every time you
see/think of him, and you feel like you can be yourself around him.)
Then just gradually start to hang out with him more often. Flirt a
little. Maybe ask if he has anybody he has a crush on. Most of all,
make sure that if you get into a relationship with him, if it doesn't
work out that you can still be friends (if that sentence makes
sense...)

It makes alot of sense ^^ he is kind of ummm....with someone
though...T___T
