I LIED, BITCH.
Well, half-lied.

It's just to catch you up on what I've done photo-wise.
That I actually like.

I'm hoping to get an SLDR camera this summer.
'Cause, if my parents keep their promise, I'm going to take Photography next year.

Your pictures are effing gorgeous. C:
May I ask what kind of camera you have and where I can get one?

I use a PowerShot SD 1000, 7.1 Megapixels.
Get one at eBay, Amazon, um... Best Buy?
An electronics store.

It's sort of expensive...

I didn't do it.
It was there.
It's part of a walkway of bricks at TJ.

Regarding your mention of SLDR cameras...

The Nikon Coolpix range is a great starting SLR. I am the proud
owner of a P80 myself. (I named it Brian.)

They have great functions (loads of modes, flashes, extras), start at
around £250 ($350ish), have a wider LCD, decen megapixels (10.1 - 20
ish, depending on price...) If you're looking for changable lenses,
then they cost a bit more, but well worth it.

Plus, they're very user friendly.

For a photography course, you'd want one with mutiple lenses, but if
your parents are willing to buy, then let them... the insurance and
extras cost enough on their own. xD

And, buy in store, because you can test what works for you.

Yeah, but my father has his eye set on a Nikon D300. That's like...
2200USD. At least. I've already tested out a D200, though. We borrowed
it from my father's hospital.
I like them, obviously, but they're extremely heavy and bulky. AND
EXPENSIVE. aleifslgineslg.

Yeah, I'm going to need lenses, but I can pay for those on my own. I
have more than enough saved up.

These are beautiful. (: I pretty much shoot digital, but I don't have
a good film SLR which I really wish I did. Film has a quality that
digital doesn't have, even if it is better in a lot of ways. My D-SLR
is a Pentax K100 D, which is kind of basic but I love it. xD

I really want to take a picture with an old camera.
And then develop it in a dark room. (:

That'd be hella fun.
