Shades Of Ruin :.:Part One:.:

The building was never meant to be a school, in fact it was originally a
hotel. A 'five star' hotel, thus it was big enough to facilitate about three
hundred of the richest brats in North and South America. You may ask why I'm giving
you a description of Stony Brook High and I could tell you millions of sarcastic
reasons why I'm here, but I shall shorten my reply with a simple 'This is my
school... deal with it'. I couldn't actually say this because, well, I don't
speak... Oh, I can... But I don't. After that fateful day when my beloved Holden
died, along with mom and dad, on our wedding day, I haven't said a word. Not one.
I was roughly jarred from my mind when Dally Hopert, my rich, adopted brother,
push me toward the door of the jet black limo he insisted on having driven for
him... not me. It was Candy's idea that my 'brother' give me a ride to school,
truthfully she only wanted to get rid of me. I slowly made my way toward the door,
before slamming it open. Apparently my speed wasn't fast enough because mere
later I was tripped on my way out of the car. The coppery taste of blood filled my
mouth as he jump over me out of the 'stretch', that was what Dally called it, and
walked away toward his prepy friends, one of the girls was practically hanging
on him... eww.
Black hair swirled around my face while I wrenched myself to my feet. Owww.
pale hands inspected the damage to discover only a busted lip and a small cut on the
cheek. My jeans had small rips in each leg along with a few bleeding scraps, the
same treatment lay on my palms. I limped toward my locker, through the double door,
passed the front desk, then finally made it, with a sigh. I looked up then and a
gasped escaped my ruby, red lips... graphiti everywhere. I grasped the
handle and pulled it open with one thought on my mind, "Today is gonna suck".

I like how you do the descriptions. I think you did a great job!

Even though I'm not at all emo. But then, I'm not preppy ether. I'm
some where in between I guess...
