 In The Heart Of Death

Snowflakes silently drift to the frozen lake below me.
I look around
The sky is a hazy dark blue blanket covered in stars
All looking Down at me
The moon rests  infront of me shining down it's spotlight on my misfortune
A tear falls from my cheek landing in the snow.
As it hits the snow I feel our friendship slip out if my hands like sand
I fall to the ground and start to sing my self to sleep
The cold welcomes me into my slumber and wraps it's comforting arms around me
I fall into the black cold heart of death
And forevermore travel with my gracefully beautiful enemy
