"Chain letters Chain letters are illegal. Chain letters are a waste of time. Net sites which do not discourage electronic chain letters risk losing their net connections, as they have the potential for wasting great amounts of bandwidth and disk space"
--Quote From - http://www.cs.rutgers.edu/~watrous/chain-letters.html Now,I can't really see how this is illegal, unless they strictly disallow chain letters and properly inforce it, then this is really just to scare people. 1)In their Registeration Argeement, They must CLEARLY STATE THAT CHAIN LETTERS ARE PROHIBIATED WITH AN EXAMPLE/Definition of Chain Letters. 2)For them to track these; they must have access to you'r accounts email, yet again this must be clearly stated within the Registeration Agreement, So therefore it doesn't breach you'r human rights,Which we are intitled to online. BUT there is ways they can get around this. If for example this site was "Sweedish" well then We go by SWEEDISH LAW AND RIGHTS. Touche. --Out.
