I'm done. My bmi say i'm almost obese. That's disgusting. Iv'e really let
28.4 what the hell have I done.
I mean iv'e always been a pretty big kid, and not too long ago i was weighing almost
160 pounds. Which is quite a lot, since i'm only 5 feet, then I dropped to what i am
now, 145 but then felt okay with the results so I stopped loosing weight.
But 145 isn't good enough. I'm still big, i'm still not happy.
I saw some people recording their calorie intake, and I think maybe that will help me
I'll start recording my calories, and calories burned to see how many calories are
left that haven't been burned.

The people recording their weight and calorie intake really helped me realize I have
to stop being overweight!
