Later, Tristen was in class. He looked up to see Krissy standing there.
“So Tristen, I heard a rumor that you and uh, Amina was it? Were going out. Is that
“Uh… yeah… so?”
“Just making sure. So I could have the proof I need to ruin her…” she muttered.
“What’s that?” Tristen asked.
“Oh nothing. So, what do you think of my diamond bracelet? It’s the most expencive
“Its nice, I guess. I’m not really into jewelry, after all, I am a guy.”
“Oh, right. What about my dress? Super hot right?” Krissy tried again to get him to
“Yeah, sure. Listen, I gotta get back to my work. If I fail this it could effect my
grade.” Tristen was despertly trying to get Krissy away. He just didn’t like her. He
never liked the stuck up snobby kids. But, he could play nice.
“Oh, I see. Catch ya later then?”
“Probably not. LOTS of homework.” He tried more and more.
“oh ok.” Krissy said as she walked away. She could take a hint. Usually. But she’s
too blinded to notice he wants nothing to do her.
Really, what Tristen was thinking about was Amina. He couldn’t believe she loved him
back. That kiss was all it took to make her his. He had never felt the way he did
now. Love was an amazing thing. He couldn’t wait for the date they had planed.
