Sooooo, I was on vaca for 4 days in Michigan! It was so freakin' fun!
My fam went to a cottage resort in Three Oaks. It was, to put it simply,
amazing! The cottage was really big, with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and
bedroom, then you go upstairs and there's two more bedrooms that are
like lofts! And outside is a patio, but it's screened in so you can sit
outside at night and not get bit up by bugs. But it was so cool that I had
my own bedroom with my own bed!
On Wednesday, it was raining for most of the morning. But it was cool because
I just put my hands on the ceiling, and I felt the vibrations from the rain! (This
is because the roof was literally two feet away from my head; my brother
and I had to kneel the whole time we were up there. XD)
So anyway, at the resort, they had two pools (outdoors) and a small beach.
We swam at the pools everyday, and at the beach they had these boat/
kayak things that you could take out onto the water. So I went out a couple
time with my brother and dad. We went under these two fountains,
got bitten up by bugs, and saw a turtle!
We left on Friday at 10:00AM, and I was in a bad mood for many reasons:
1.)I loved that cottage, and it was for sale, so I tried convincing my parents
to buy it, but they wouldn't. So I didn't want to leave.
2.)I had my camera, but it's stupid, so I couldn't take any good pics of
the beautiful scenery.
3.)I had to wake up at 8:30, so I was really tired; therefore, crabby.
4.)My parents went into some antique stores, and while I was waiting in
the car I got four more mosquito bites.
But then I felt better after we had lunch, and after that we went to another
beach that have really high dunes. Also, they have these AWESOME waves
that you can jump over, dive through and body surf. That was sooooo
fun. And through the whole vaca, I got a tan!!!!! (And a little sunburnt.)
But I'm really happy because I had been trying to get a tan before,
so......now I do! Yippee! XD
And so, that is what I did for the past four days!
