Clare's writing this on the fourth or March. YAY MARCH. There's supposed to be a
high of 70 degrees on Saturday! +crosses fingers in hope+

So the title's a reference to this really good book my sister leant me that's called The Hunger Games. I loved it, surprisingly. It's not really my type of book, especially after reading another recommendation from my sister called A Stinky Bag Of Poop Graceling. It had awful writing and a cliched plot and IT WAS SO. BORING. ARG. KILL ME. NOW. So read The Hunger Games please because I really want to spread good literature around. (Of course I have no way of knowing if you ever do read it, but I can hope you will) Read The Hunger Games. READ THE HUNGER GAMES. READ THE HUNGER GAMES. And speaking of my sister, she's on a school trip so I am an only child for two full days! +unsure whether or not I'm happy about this or not+ So besides having a connection to The Hunger Games, the title (you'd understand the meaning if you read it!) has to kind of do with my current mood of not being able to decide if I feel like crap or if I'm happy or what. Technically if my name were drawn during the Reaping I'd be scared shitless out of my wits and probably throw up all over the stage, but I also imagine once your name was picked you'd just feel stunned and emotionless. In reality I'm trying to figure out if I feel like a loser or not, because two of my friends (who incidentally used to not like each other very much) are now attached at the hip. I'd be happy for them if they didn't share an endless book of inside jokes I didn't understand, and if they didn't probably unknowingly force me to walk a step behind them like a loser while they laugh and I talk and I just feel like, well, a loser. Now I'm off to stalk the author of The Hunger Games and find out if there's a second book, then probably watch TV and reread it again ^^

Oh, I know that book! 8D My friend is reading that. I might try it
after I finish the Tales of the Otori Trilogy. A trilogy containing
five books. >_>

I did not recommend it to YOU. YOU asked to read
it. I recommended the Hunger Games.
And yes, Catching Fire (the sequel), is coming out September 8,
2009. TOO LONG!
