3 hour breaksCategory: (general)

Would you believe that on Wednesdays and Fridays I have a 3 hour break between my
second and last class of the day?

I was supposed to have another class in between but it got moved to Tues/Thurs so my
entire sched got pretty screwed up................

I bought a Blaire-band for my costume for our play...you know, a hairband with a big
bow on the side? Like the ones Blaire Waldorf from GG often wears....

I knew that Blaire wore those a lot but I didnt know they were consequently nicknamed
after her.............

So now you know I watch GG....I do, every so often but I havent even finished the
first season so go figure.

Anyway after this I have my English class but we're just gonna practise for our play.
We'd better its on fucking Friday and we havent seen the bloody venue yet.

Wehehehe....I was supposed to go to this posh place with a bunch of, well, relatively
high-society people but I bailed..... I told my friend(those were mostly her friends
anyway) that I had a group meeting to go to....

I just.....sometimes they (those people I was supposed to go out with) they just dont
get some things that are just so........ I suppose it's not entirely
their fault but still they should be old enough to see that everything
isnt.........just isnt.....

Sorry, just a bit of....anyway.....

In any event did you know that the word 'posh' used to be an acronym? It stood for
Port Out Starboard Home.

It would be stamped on the luggage of the wealthy when they traveled by boat to
indicate which side of the ship they were riding on. The port or starboard side were
preffered on the out- and home- bound journey respectively because it would face the
coastline thereby giving quite a splendid view. These were therefore the more
expensive cabins and so only "fashionable society" could afford them. Soon the
acronym came to be applied to anything referring to those of that class.

Would you look at that, you just learned something new......

Love, or what you will:
