From those of the glamorous lifestyle, to those I never met, to those who I see
everyday. The most interesting people to me and about them.
Changes through time. Extraordinary writer. Growing up around marajuana, this sixteen
year old changed herself, and everyone around her. She lives in a constant feeling of
happiness. She’s also my best friend. I love her more than the world. I’d do
anything for her.
"I didn’t know who I was, I didn’t know what I was doing, I didn’t even know
what I was thinking. I would think this, but I would do that, or I wouldn’t do what
I was thinking I would do. I had everything planned out. I wasn’t supposed to twist
my words. I was supposed to tell you the truth. In a way, I was never courageous
enough to say what was on my mind. But in another way, I was too scared of taking a
risk. I was too scared of messing up what was already ruined. I wish i realized this
Got involved with the Church of Satan, befriended Anton LeVay and then was rumored to
have suffered the diabolic fate of being decapitated in a car accident. In fact, her
big blonde wig was simply flung off her scalp when he neck snapped, and when it flew
out of the convertible she was driving, tabloid pictures recording the scene turned
the hairpiece into a head. This myth of Mansfield’s beheading is rarely debunked
because what can truth hold to a story like that? Sure, she’s still just a B movie
Marilyn with a figure that defied gravity, but clearly she had her own demons.
"If you’re going to do something wrong, do it big, because the punishment is the
same either way."
MAMIE VAN DOREN
American actress and sex symbol. She was known for her series of showy roles in cheap
1950s melodramas that emphasized her physical endowments rather than her somewhat
meager dramatic abilities.
"I’ve married a few people I shouldn’t have, but haven’t we all?"
Costared in Rebel Without A Cause. Slipped and fell overboard off a yacht. Known for
her remarkable beauty. Her death is number 24 in the list of most shocking deaths.
"Almost every girl falls in love with the wrong man, I suppose it’s part of
DEBBIE HARRY aka BLONDIE
Icon of punk style. Blondie was a breakthrough, far more significant than they are
given credit for, and their album Parallel Line’s a triumph of the cultural melting
pot, where downtown punk met uptown disco. But really for me it was all about Debbie,
her status as a junkie, her stint as a Playboy Bunny. Making girls want bleached
blonde hair and cheekbones so protuberant that they could seat six.
"You always fall for the rascal or the guy who’s got a little bit of the devil
in him. You can’t help it."
