This is a message to all those who would otherwise wear green on St. Patrick's day.
I want you to ask yourself: Who was St. Patrick? What did he do? Why celebrate him?
Patrick (not yet a Saint) was the guy The Church sent to convert the peaceful druids
to Paganism to Christianity- by any mean necessary.
The druids were Pagans, worshiping the Earth and many deities male and female for
centuries. paganism is one of the oldest known religions. The Irish druids worshiped
is sacred tree groves. Each year they would honor the biggest tree, because they
believed its vast roots held the world together.
Patrick (still not a Saint) and his men chopped down the sacred trees and
forced the people of Ireland to become Christian.
And what of those who didn't? All who weren't Christian were murdered. All of
them. Many, many, many, many, many, many people died because of Patrick.
And when all was said and done, the Irish were afraid not to be Christian.
They feared their children would be killed if they weren't raised that way.
And it was only when they reached this level of fear that Patrick returned to
So if you think murder is wrong, if you believe what Jesus tried to teach the world,
that peace and love and understanding is better then death and hate and stubbornness
then please, pass this on.
And please wear black on St. Patrick's Day in honor of the many deaths he
