She was a good little girl,
She went to school,
She went to church,
Living in the monotony of life.
Taught all the "good" Christian rules...
Love your neigbor,
Do unto others as they would do unto you...
And yet, of course, the lord will provide...
She followed all the rules,
She lived her life by all their oppressive rules,
But, like everyone else, she broke them regularly,
And like a good little girl, she came crawling back and begged forgiveness...
She lived her life by the "Golden Rule"
Treat others how you want to be treated...
She was mocked,
She never returned the favor...
She was very faithful,
One night, she was alone,
She was confronted by some "Gentlemen"
When she turned them down,
Politely of course,
They got angry,
They wouldnt take no for an answer.
But, being a good little girl,
Following all the little rules,
She couldn't convince them that they were wrong.
So she turned the other cheek.
She never arrived home...
Thinking that "The Lord Will Provide"
Blinded by Faith,
Living by outdated principles,
Chained to a blood stained cross,
Unable to break free...
She died, trapped by faith..
