I just finished the Fullmetal Alchemist series D=
I have all the DVDS >_>
Anyways, I want to clarify a bunch of mistakes I keep seeing people make about the
A bunch of people keep messing up on those names D=<
Life and Death
People think that you're only in the Scientific World (our world) it you die in the
Alchemical World (Ed's world) which is false. Gracia doesn't die, yet in the movie,
she's in both the Alchemical world and the Scientific world. If you travel through
the gate, you take the place of the you in the Scientific world, which is implied in
the episode in which Ed crosses over and is in the body of the Scientific world Ed.
So be a sin, you must be a homunculus. Homunculus are created when somebody attempts
Human transmutation to bring back somebody they lost. Homunculus bear the sign of the
Ouroboros, whom represents Eternity by eating it's own tail. It's the Homunculus
insignia, like Edward, Alphonse, And Izumi's Single Serpent insignia. Homunculus
also have super human powers.
Lust: Ouroboros is on her chest, and has finger nails which are razor sharp and can
Gluttony: Ouroboros is on his tongue, and has powerful jaws and acidic saliva.
Envy: Ouroboros is on his left thigh, can change into people, and is Edward's Half
Sloth: Ouroboros is over her heart, and can do water-based fighting moves.
Greed: Ouroboros is on the back of his left hand, and can turn into a rather demonic
looking fellow whom is hard to injure.
Wrath: Ouroboros is on the sole of his left foot, can do alchemy, and can become one
with the things around him. He also took Ed's right arm and left leg.
Pride: Ouroboros is on his left eye, can age, and can see all possible outcomes to
It is implied in one of the final episodes of Fullmetal Alchemist that Rose likes
Edward because she tells him that she loves him. This is false, because she's under
the control of Dante. Edward doesn't like Rose back, seeing as how he tells her that
they're just friends. There is an episode where Winry tells Alphonse she loves him,
but it turns out to be Envy in disguise. It's made quite clear that Winry looks at
Edward and Alphonse as brothers. Actually, the only character who really loves
another character is Gluttony, whom loves Lust. This is also made quite clear when
he's crying about her being gone. Edward and Alphonse used to have crushes on Winry
when they were young, fighting over who would marry her.
Those are so far the only things I've noticed people get wrong D=
