And honestly I have been, begging for answers...
That you and only you can give to me...
A voice crying loud, have been crying for days now...
And as I start to run as I start to breathe...
And I was nearly scared to death
Why you left in paragraphs
The words were nearly over us
You stop and turn and grab your bags
And I'll be here by the ocean just waiting for proof
That there's sunsets and silhouette dreams
Well my sandcastles fall
like the ashes of cigarettes
that every wave drags me to sea
I can wait here for hours
just to ask God the question,
"Is everyone here make-believe?"
With a tear in his voice he says,
"Son, that's the question,"
Does this deafening silence mean nothing to no one...but me?
I'll Be The Wings That Keep Your Heart In The Clouds
I really like the beginning of this song.
I'm a Mayday Parade fan, and it's okay if you aren't
The beginning makes me think of a scene in my head where a guy is miserable over the
fact that his girlfriend left him a letter as she left.
I'm not sure why they girl left, but that's what I got so far.
After that, he goes to a place by the ocean and thinks about her and...everything.
I listen to this song when I feel like I'm alone and the people who are supposed to
by my side aren't there.
