Oh, yes I love these!
Anyways, my life has been pretty busy.
Its actually getting busier by the day if you can believe that.
But it's all because of school, and I hate school.
In the last diary entry I talked about the very first day of second semester.
Two weeks have gone by.
And in those two weeks a lot of things happened.
US History: I actually turned my packet in ONE day late. Most of the time I was
turning them in late like three weeks late. I was so proud of myself. And this week,
I'm probably going to turn it in again one day late. Also, my teacher decided to add
a new rule to the class, which is to take notes. Well, I guess you don't have to take
notes, but those notes are now collected on a day of a test, and you get points over
them. I think it's stupid, but whatever.
Chemistry: When we started the semester everyone was just copying off of me. I was
like hello, go and ask the teacher for help if you don't understand it. My teacher is
like super nice and everything. But by today a lot of people actually understood
everything. And I have a test tomorrow for the class, but I know I'll ace it. :D
Driver's ED: Well...I passed my permit test. So I got my permit, but I didn't get it
until Feb. 1st. Because the school was trying out something new...aka you don't get
your permit until your first drive, I was SOOO nervous to drive. The instructor (I
got the one that is very impatient and touches the girl's knee), just kept yelling at
me. Which made me freak out, and let's say that I need to practice on my parking. I
didn't hit a car or the curb, so I thought I did okay for my first drive. XD Besides
that I've been doing my homework for that class, so that way I can take my driving
test at the school.
Math: My teacher sucks. I don't understand anything he says at all. So I just sit
there in class and write down the problem he gives us. Then I try it on my own and
block out everything he says. Whatever comes out of his mouth starts to confuse me,
which is really weird for a TEACHER. But I have been doing pretty good in the class,
so far. I have my first test Tuesday, and I'll see how that goes.
Acting: This class is so boring. I just sit there and do worksheets that she makes us
do. Not to mention that I got my first acting performance which is to observe someone
and then act it out using no sounds. I have to perform it on Monday, and I'm kind of
nervous. I mean I haven't even started the project, yet. But I think I'll be okay,
because I'll work on it over the weekend.
German: Boring. That's all I have to say. The teacher now only talks German (which I
know most teachers do, but mine didn't), and we have these participation sheets. We
get one point for raising our hand, doing homework, saying on task, being prepared
for class, and talking ONLY German. I say hello in German to the teacher, and then I
don't talk after that. Sometimes I will raise my hand to write something on the
board, but that's like once in a life time.
English: I have the hardest English teacher in the building. Why me? But anyways, I
am actually learning a lot from him, he just makes his quizzes hard. I have a D in
the class right now, no joke. We are reading the book Cry, the Beloved Country. It's
interesting, but kind of hard to read and understand. And after I read most of it, I
totally forget what was going on. Maybe that's why I have a D in the class...
But yeah, hopefully my grades will be about the same this semester as last semester.
Yet, I think that's going to be hard to accomplish.
Wish me luck.
