Where we left off...
He flew until he could fly no longer, at which point he dropped from the
comfortable thirty feet onto the rocky soil and ran as far as he could run, and the
cycle went on...
As the demon landed a great flame envoloped it, and, as the skeletal afterimage
faded, the man named Kayn stood in it's place. He stepped forward, admiring the
temples beauty. Between the wall and the cobblestone path, two coyfish swam in a
clear pond that interrupted the monotonous green grass. Next to the beautiful blue
pond, a tree rested in the sun. The temple itself drew your attention straight to it,
and he had to force himself to notice anything else. It rose from the earth and
seemed to fade from the dirt into the white-washed stones that constructed it. A
great oak door sat in the center of the front wall, and the right side was infinitly
The second he stepped onto the path, his darkness was sensed and three great white
spheres of energy raced out from the stones themselves. As they raced towards him,
their vapor tail zigzagged before fading. One of them went into his mouth, and the
other two faded in through his eyes. He fell to his knees and a scream ripped from
his lungs, throwing out his last reserves of energy, and he fainted...
