 Well it's a New Year.
So i'm gonna try and be a better person.
I know that 2008 was hard and i wasn't allways nice.
So 2009 is time to make a fresh start.

I'm gonna definitly try and be honest, and probably more organised too.
I know i shouldn't bottle my emotions up.
Like my mom says i do.
It's hard.
But i'm gonna try and control my emotions better.
Try not to bottle things up so much.

 Well it's a New Year.
So i'm gonna try and be a better person.

Cannot deal.

Last night, she lost it.
It was horrible.

I drank half a can of Monster.
Because i guess i thought i'd calm down.
But it didn't work.
I started shaking.
Then crying.

James sat on MSN for 3 hours with me.
Trying to calm me down.
I cried.

He eventually asked why i was crying.
But he kind of already guessed.
He asked if i wanted to talk about him.
I asked if he'd wanted to read my Diary.

He did.
Then he realised how much pain i was in.
He said that my diary was amazing.
And that it nearly made him cry.

I finished off the can.
We just spoke about everything and anything.
Nadia helped me too.
I guess speaking helps me a lot.
She said maybe i should get anti-depressants.

But i don't want fake happiness.

I love you guys who i call my BEST friends.
Please don't worry about me.
I'll get through this for you all.
I'll be strong again.
