   I closed my black school locker and was greeted by my best friend, Anthony.
   "So," He shook his blonde head to mes up his hair. "I, heard you kissed Ashley
yesterday." I turned to him, and he had his stupid coy smile on his face. "How come
you didn't tell your best friend about it? Is that the reason why you broke up with
Codie last year?" He asked. I sighed, he should mind his own business.
   "You know the reason. She's touring. But, I prefer guys over girls anyway." I
shrugged and walked away. He placed his hand on my shoulder. I rolled my eyes.
"What?" I didn't bother to look at him. Anthony didn't answer. "I'll tell you
later." With that, I went to class.

around and realized I wasn't calling her. Across the street I saw some skaters
laughing at one person. And hat person was on the floor, holding broken glasses. I
jogged across the street, ignoring yells and car honks.
   "Are you okay?" I asked, offering my hand. The guy looked up at me, turned out,
that guy was Ashley. "Are you okay, Ashley?" I asked, formally. He got up and
brushed the dirt off his his clothes and shoved the useless glasses in his back
pocket.
   "Let's go guys." Without waiting for an answer, he pushed off and skated down the
sidewalk. His friends followed him. Anthony's brother Micheal tossed me a crumpled
paper and took off after them. I unfurlled the scrap paper and read it to myself;

I knew this was going to happen. Ash is such a closet gay(lol). Anywyas, here's
his number. Don't tell him I gave it to you He'll throw a bitchfit at me. He really
likes you. Since freshman year.

I finshed reading a nine digit number on the bottem. I folded it neatly and put it
in my back pocket. I'll surprise him later.

   I sat under a shaded tree in my school's courtyard. Random chatter and laughter
filled the air around me. Putting my backpack on the lunchtable, I pulled out my
Spongebob lunch box. I took out my sandwhich and Orange Soda.
   "May I sit with you?" A cool, deep voice asked.
   When I was a bout to reject, I quickly noticed who it was. It was Jason Urie, a
guy in my Gym and Woodshop class. Not to mention the guy I liked for 3 years.
   "Can I sit with you?" He asked again, taking a hand away from his tray to fix his
jet black hair. Which is amazing in the afternoon sun. Just saying.
   Looking away from him, I stuttered."S-sure." I bit into my ham and cheese
sandwhich. He laughed, and I raised an eyebrow in his direction. "What?" I snapped.

   "Oh really, then?" He stood up. "I know how to make you popular, too."
   "Oh really?" I stood up and glared at him. Stupid upperclassmen. "What are your
intentions?"
   "This." He whispered. He leaned in closer, and all the chatter stopped. "I can
hear them talking." Good for you, 'cause I can't.
   When I was about to protest, his lips crashed into mine. A warm feeling... Like
the idoit I am, I stood there. I didn't push away or anything. Not that I wanted to
or anything... Jason pulled away, looking satisfied. My hand flew to m mouth, and I
felt myself turn red.
   "There's more where that came from." He winked and walked away with his tray. I
felt stares pelt my back.
