Why the fuck do you say mom's boyfriend destroyed our family? You had her before my
mom had him. You two are probably getting engaged soon. He just moved in.

Dear Dad. How the FUCK do you expect me to think that my mom broke you when you spent all your money on beer and new trucks? How the FUCK do you expect me to pack everything I brought along to your house in less than five minutes, just to have you YELL AT ME when I forget my laptop charger and make you three minutes late to the house showing (spoiler, I didn't get my charger) How the FUCK do you expect me to sit in the back of a two-door car with a screaming six-year-old, blasting music I hate into my ears while screaming the lyrics to

This is my first story I had beta-read, my reader loved it, so I'm posting the first part here. Comment if you want more. I was nine when the war with the Others started. She was three years younger than me, only eight at the time compared to my eleven. Nonetheless, when we entered the seemingly crystal and pastel station, we were awestruck. It was all glass and metal, the banged-up

Book Review no. 1: Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children by

Does this book cover intrigue you? If the answer was yes, then we have something in common. Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children is a rare gem, but is better viewed in physical form, not restrained in eBook. Why? Because it is riddled with photographs and handwritten letters. It is about Jacob, a 16-year-old Floridian who discovers his grandfather Abraham dying in his backyard. A cryptic last words send him to Cairnholm, Wales, a small island town that Abraham spent a few years on. After Jacob finds a 'cairn', or ancient tomb, he ends up meeting the children his grandfather had told him about, those that had only had powers that only belong in fairy tales.
