Also, some nicknames may have numbers I don't remember, so please post! Last edited: 8 December 2008 |

 | Saturday, 8 November 2008 03:18:18 PM (GMT) Sakura was in the lunchroom, talking to Aqua. "Hey, Sakura, wanna go down to the
school's pond tonight?" said Aqua. Outside their school, there was a pond, and some
nights, Sakura and Aqua would just go there, to sit and talk. "Sure," said Sakura,
but then, the lunch bell rang. "See you later!" said Sakura.
That night, Sarie was sitting behind some bushes at the pond. Sakura and
Aqua were sitting next to it, oblivious to Sarie. Sarie snuck out, her friends
behind her. She sat behind Sakura and Aqua, who were on the edge of the pond, and
pushed. They fell in, screaming. They bobbed their heads up, and Sarie looked at the
two wet girls.
"That'll teach you to mess with me!" exclaimed Sarie, triumphantly.
The next day, Sakura was getting ready for school. She knew Sarie had told
everyone what had happened at the pond, and they were laughing at her and Aqua. How Sakura was in the lunchroom, talking to Aqua. "Hey, Sakura, wanna go down to the

could she face people if she would be ignored by them again? Ever since she had
become friends with Aqua, the others weren't shunning her as much. Also, after what
happened, would Aqua still be her friend? Or would she join the others in ignoring
her?

 | Saturday, 1 November 2008 06:41:08 PM (GMT) When Sakura was walking to school, Aqua by her side, she saw the only person she
feared walking towards them. Sarie. Aqua had heard about the dress mishap, and she
wasn't laughing like all the others. She stayed her friend. Sarie stopped in front
of them and said,
"Oh, look, it's little miss dressy, and her silly friend. Where are you going
to wear that stupid dress next? The mall?" Then, she laughed and ran away.
At school that day, Aqua walked up to Sarie in the lunchroom, as Sakura
watched. Sakura tried to stop her, but she couldn't.
"Please, don't go. It'll get worse!"
Aqua replied,
"I"m standing up for you, no matter what."
Aqua, now right in front of Sarie, said,

didn't dress up like that for birthdays. She'd just moved here!"
"Oh, so you're defending little miss dressy, are you?" said Sarie.
"Her name is Sakura, not little miss dressy, and you better be nice to her.
By the way, those shoes are so last year," said Aqua, knowing Sarie's weakness was
fashion. Everyone in the lunchroom laughed.
Then, above the crowd, Sarie screamed, "For embarrassing me in front of
everyone, I'm gonna make your life miserable. Oh, and little miss dressy's, too!"

 | Wednesday, 22 October 2008 10:06:30 PM (GMT) Sakura was walking to school, grunting a little when she tried to lift her heavy
backpack. She sighed, knowing that this day would be no better than the last, with
everyone ignoring her... suddenly, she saw another girl walking towards her quickly.
Sakura quickly reconized her as the new girl in school.
"Hi, I'm Aqua. What's your name?" asked the girl.
Sakura, dumfounded that someone was actually speaking to her, and they weren't
teasing and bullying her, replied nervously, "My name is Sakura."
Aqua quickly replied, "That's a pretty name. Want to walk to school with me?"
Sakura replied without even thinking about it, "Yes."
Later, Sakura was at the lunch table at school, but this time, she was not
alone. Aqua was sitting with her, and they chatted away. Aqua had come from Japan, Sakura was walking to school, grunting a little when she tried to lift her heavy

just like her! The lunch bell seemed to ring earlier than usual, and for once, she
was sad to leave the lunchroom.
"See you tomorrow, Sakura!" said Aqua as they parted, and Sakura thought,
"I think I finally have a friend."

 | Tuesday, 21 October 2008 11:23:54 PM (GMT) Sakura walked through the halls of the school, feeling more alone than ever.
Everywhere she went, someone snickered, or let out a full laugh. "They don't
understand," she thought. Even her friends had abandoned her, so she was alone,
in the hour she needed her friends most. Sakura sat down at her lunch table, and she
thought back, to that fateful night one year ago, when her whole world fell apart...
Sakura looked into her mailbox at school. There was an envelope in it, and she
saw an invitation to Sarie's birthday party. It was that night, and Sarie was her
friend. She had just moved from Japan to America, and was still a little stressed,
but she decided to go. Little did she know that that choice would change
everything.

That night, Sakura was deciding what to wear. She decided upon her traditional
Japanese dress, only used for special occasions. In her home country, she always
wore it on birthdays. She got dressed in it, got in the car, and she drove off to
the party.
She walked up to the door, and rung the bell. Sarie, who was supposed to be her
friend, took one look at her dress, laughed, and slammed the door in her face. She
rung again, and Sarie answered the door and said, "Nobody who dresses like that for
parties is my friend. Now go away!" Then, she slammed the door once again. The next
day at school, everyone ignored her, or teased and bullied her. And it had been like
that ever since...
Sakura was ripped from her memory by the lunch bell. She sighed, and under her
breath, she muttered, "Will they ever understand?"
