Welcome to the Hetalia fan club, probably the only one you'll find in Kupika.

It's a little exclusive, since there's a few requirements:

1. You MUST be a fan of Hetalia, and have at least little knowledge about some of the characters.

2. Your profile has to be Hetalia-related. If you love your profile too much to change it, then just put some small
font at the bottom like 'I LOVE HETALIA' or something.
