Cupcake Contest [picture contests]

CONTESTS WILL START IN SEPTEMBER!!!
Welcome to Cupcake Contests. This is a picture contest site.
Here's how it works:
- we hold contests with different topics
- you enter a picture of yourself based on the topic of that particular contest
- then people vote and the one with the most votes win!
- there is a limited amount of entries per contest(this will be posted in the contest)
The winner name will be posted on a list. (we don't have any prizes yet, but if you think of a good idea we will take
what you said in consideration)
--Rules--
1. Only the owner and co-owner can start a contest. If you start one and do not hold these titles it will be ignored
and deleted.
2. Please do not steal other people's pictures.
3. Please no arguing or instigating arguements. If you have any problems please consult the owner.
4.And please NO CUSSING!!!(this could result in a suspension from the club)
