Matteh is from a chatroom I used to always go in. He often throws around the word "rape" and he often acts like a coke

Neku:
Tails. You know you hate him. I'm the only person who still calls him Tails because I'm slightly disturbed by Rock Lee.
He talks like an idiot and loves underwear. He will also bite your head off if you admire someone for being attractive.
He can also make anything sound like a sex story. Even eating.
