(click thumbnails for full size images)

Luna P Transform
ChibiUsa appears and begins dribbling Luna P like a basketball.
Suddenly, Luna P flies into the air and changes into a weapon or other
item to help her. This maneuver first appears in episode 060.
Luna P Magic
ChibiUsa appears and begins dribbling Luna P like a basketball.
Suddenly, Luna P flies into the air and changes into an item to help
her. This maneuver first appears in episode 062.
Guardian of Time! Tear apart the sky and open the Door of Space-Time
to me! I call your true name, the almighty god of time, the guardian
of time's father, Chronos! Guidance to me! Protection to me! The path
of light to me!
This is the phrase that ChibiUsa uses in order to travel through time.
She holds the Key of Space-Time and calls out the phrase, then (if it
has worked) she disappears. This phrase first appears in episode 082.

Silver Crystal Power! Evil Power, Be Gone!
A phrase used only once, in conjunction with NeoQueen Serenity.
ChibiUsa is Princess Small Lady, and begins to cry because she thinks
that Usagi will have to sacrifice her life in order to defeat the
Death Phantom. The Ginzuishou of the future appears within her tear.
Together with NeoQueen Serenity and the Inner Senshi, the Death
Phantom is overpowered.
Moon Prism Power, Make Up!
This is ChibiUsa's first transformation, in which she becomes Sailor
ChibiMoon. She uses the Prism Heart Compact in this transformation. It
first appears in episode 103.
Pink Sugar Heart Attack
Sailor ChibiMoon's first attack. It first appears in episode 103, and
employs the Pink Moon Stick. This attack rarely worked, but when it
did, pink hearts flew from her Pink Moon Stick toward the enemy.

Luna P Extinguisher
An attack used only once by Sailor ChibiMoon, in episode 111. It
requires the use of Luna P, and was used to extinguish a wall of
flames.
Moon Crisis, Make Up!
ChibiUsa's second transformation phrase. She uses this phrase in
conjunction with Usagi (who becomes Super Sailor Moon) in order to
become Super Sailor ChibiMoon. It requires use of the ChibiMoon
Compact, and appears first in episode 130.
Twinkle Yell
ChibiMoon's attack in which she uses the Crystal Carillon to call upon
Pegasus, enabling Super Sailor Moon to use her "Moon Gorgeous
Meditation" attack. It first appears in episode 131.
Moon Gorgeous Meditation
ChibiMoon's attack that is used only once. It is used during the
SuperS movie in order to defeat Queen Badiane and her Black Dream
Hole. All of the senshi lend their power to Sailor Moon and Sailor
ChibiMoon, and the energy revives the unconscious ChibiUsa, allowing
her to transform again. Sailor ChibiMoon and Sailor Moon then join
hands and attack together.

ANIME ITEMS
(click thumbnails for full size images)

 Luna P
ChibiUsa's mechanical floating ball that looks somewhat like Luna's
head with an antennae on top. It was created in the 30th century by
Sailor Mercury, and Mamoru knows how to fix it, although no one really
knows how it works. By yelling, "Luna P Henge!," ChibiUsa can induce
the ball to transform into a variety of items that she made need.
Sailor Pluto speaks to ChibiUsa through the ball. She can also
communicate with Sailor Pluto, whom she calls Puu, by pressing Luna
P's nose. A silhouette of Sailor Pluto appears in Luna P's left eye.
When ChibiUsa transformed into Black Lady, Luna P also became evil.
Luna P follows ChibiUsa wherever she goes. It first appears in episode
60.
 Key of Space-Time
A key that was given to ChibiUsa by Sailor Pluto which allows her to
travel through time by opening dimensional and temporal doors. It
appears first in the Sailor Moon R season, but is used through the
Stars season.
 Ginzuishou
ChibiUsa holds the Ginzuishou of the future, which she has
accidentally absorbed into her body. Due to the Ginzuishou within her,
a beam of light is produced by her body whenever she becomes overly
emotional. This first appears in episode 088.
 Prism Heart Compact
The brooch that ChibiUsa uses to transform into Sailor ChibiMoon,
using "Moon Prism Power, Make Up!" It is her first compact, and it
first appears in episode 103. She brings the brooch back with her from
Crystal Tokyo.
 Pink Moon Stick
Sailor ChibiMoon's first weapon. It first appears in episode 103, and
was brought back with her from Crystal Tokyo. It is used in her "Pink
Sugar Heart Attack" to produce a stream of pink hearts.
 ChibiMoon Compact
The brooch that ChibiUsa uses in order to transform into Super Sailor
ChibiMoon with "Moon Crisis, Make Up!" It is her second compact, and
appears first in episode 130. It is very similar to Usagi's, except
that the center jewel is a heart instead of a circle, and the outer
ribbon design patter is slightly different. Like Usagi's compact, it
was received from Pegasus.
 Crystal Carillon
A bell given to ChibiUsa in episode 130 by Pegasus. She uses the bell
to call upon Pegasus by yelling, "Twinkle Yell." Pegasus then lends
his power to the Moon Kaleidoscope. It is shaped like a heart with a
bell hanging at its end. The word "carillon" is a French word which
means "bells" or "chimes."
 Stallion Reve
a ball on a pedestal that was given to ChibiUsa by Pegasus so that the
two could stay in contact even outside of her dreams or battles. It
first appears in episode 135. The ball begins to glow, and a miniature
Pegasus appears within and speaks with ChibiUsa. ChibiUsa begins to
question her trust in Pegasus, and the Reve disappears. Once she
realizes that it was wrong to question her trust, however, it
reappears. The Reve disappears once and for all when ChibiUsa actually
meets Elios.
 Golden Mirror
This is the Dream Mirror of the person with the most beautiful dreams,
inside of which Pegasus is hiding, dormant. The Dead Moon Circus is
searching for this Dream Mirror in Sailor Moon SuperS. ChibiUsa is
actually the carrier of this mirror. It first appears in episode 162.

 ChibiMoon Kaleidoscope
An item that Super Sailor ChibiMoon uses only once, in order to
perform "Moon Gorgeous Meditation" with Super Sailor Moon in the
SuperS movie.
