~Sabreisk's school of Art~

Welcome to my school of art! I can teach you how to draw, oekakies or on paper. Lets begin! Base: All drawings gennerally start out as a few lines, the most important is the Line Of Motion it, as the title suggests, tells the motion of ur drawing. limbs: In other words arms and legs. Anyway while drawing limbs dont try to get fancy with the toes or fingers or anything else that might be on them just yet. for hands or feet just draw some basic shapes like circles and ovals, this comes in handy when u have one character u want to pose multiple ways. but of course a hand is nothing without an arm and vice-versa. When you bend an arm (where the elbow should be) put a circle there and draw curved lines up and down the arm tho make sure its usually the same thickness. Faces: To make sure the nose isnt where the ear should be there is a way to divide the face, draw one line from the forehead to the chin (this tells where the front of the face is) and 2 lines across, one below and one above wher the ears would be. (those are where the eyes will go) in between the eye lines is where the nose will go. above them of course, THE ALMIGHTY EYEBROWS! and then below the eye lines is of course the mouth. Details:dont worry about details until you get everything else straight. Alot of pple get mad because the details dont turn out right. Shading: first determin where the light is coming from. Then put highlights in the eyes and shade every surface opposite or unreachable by light.Oh yeah, DONT EVER EVER USE BLACK OR WHITE IN SHADING! use darker shades of the same color. i'll add more later.

May I help?

Normally shading needs to be used where the sun isn't shining.
Which would be..
Under the chin, Under the skirt/pants (Or whatever.. -_-), beside the nose, under the
lip, ect.
