For the duration of the session drinking "a little by a little" a
drink sweet (some) and salt (very little), for example for a session
of 90 minutes (45 minutes on machine, but ALSO 45 minutes which
include the warm up, the Recycling, stretching, and some breathing
exercises ( 2013/09/08/comment- prepare a liter and a half flat water
with 2 centimeters fruit syrup, and add 3 pinches of salt. Drink
regularly, from the beginning of the session, until the end.

B / Intake of proteins  : yes it takes to optimize the outcome of the
meeting but also to preserve the health of the muscle therefore I
repeat ..., the sessions are close together (eg 3 times a week) Beware
of traps doping products indirectly (see my initial warning) so I'm
used to validate only quasi secure
