A City Street Before and After a Rainstorm

A city street before a rainstorm is different from a city street after a rainstorm. Before a rainstorm, a city street looks neat and tidy. There are no much litters- garbage, debris, etc. - on the street. The trees and plants are standing still on the ground. People are enjoying themselves on the streets because the weather is fair. The street is dry and there are no much puddles. However, after a rainstorm, it is very different. Some trees and plants are uprooted and scattered on the street. There is also much debris in sight and other objects in the street like overturned trash bins, garbage, dilapidated umbrellas, etc. There are a few people walking in the street because of the many puddles. Unlike, the city street after a rainstorm, the city street after a rainstorm is wet and dirty.
