My mom says I'm becoming like my older sister, and her and my older sis always fight
and she's always worried about my sister's grades and relationships. I think I'm much
different from her. We had a small fight about my outfit.

my mom and i get along great except over guys.... HER guys... like if i like them
enough for her to be able to get married..... the first time she got married, i didnt
like the dude but she married him anyways... i wouldnt talk to her for weeks....then
she found out that he was taking $ from her account to buy beer and cigarettes...then
i told her that she made a stupid decisionby marrying a guy she met 2 months
before...i hope that @#%&*$! goes to jail.... thats the only time we fought
though....

me & my mom dont really talk that much because my parents divorced not long after i
was born, and whenever i go spend the weekend @ her place, its like i dont even exist
over there!!! she treats my 2 bros like tey r perfect, & they treat me like a peice
of crap!!! i cant take it anymore!!!

To sweetangelgal: Every relationship-whether its with a parent or some one
else-always has a few rough times(fights) in it & that is very common.
Try asking her why she thinks you are like your older sis...Who knows, it could be a
good thing!!!
Also, most parents worry alot about their childrens lives & what they do while they
are still at home.

To  fuzzyelmoo: Have you ever tried telling your mom how you feel about the guys she
marries? If so, what did you tell her?
Me & my older sis had a conflict over that same suject...She wanted to marry this guy
but I didnt think he was right for her...She still married him...
Its hard to talk a "stary-eyed bride"  back into the reality of life and the question
of "Is he REALLY good for you?" thing...

but my friend went through it too...

Have you ever asked your mom why she treats you like crap? Maybe she doesnt really
realize it...Also ask your brothers if they see the same problem you do
