Tutorials for Photoshop 7.0

These are Tutorials  xD The lineart applies to any drawing program that has layers, while
the coloring one doesn't because not all drawing programs have the lock option @___@
anyways, the Background tutorial is kinda being made right now XD so I'll post it later
