Phrases

Eeto... = Uhh, well... (use when you pause to think)
Eeto desu nee = well, let me see...
Hai, soo desu. = Yes, that's right.
Hontoo desu ka. = Really? -or- Is that true?
Hora = Look!
Hai: Yes (Use when answering someone)
Ohayo Gozaimasu: Good Morning

Time

Asa = Morning
Hiru = Noon, About noon
Yuugata = Evening
Yoru = Night
Kyoo = Today
Ashita = Tomorrow
Kinoo = Yesterday
Mainichi = Everyday
Shuu = Week

Konshuu = This week
Raishou = Next week
Shuumatsu = Weekend
Senshuu = Last Week

Yoobi = Day of the week

Nichiyoobi = Sunday
Getsuyoobi = Monday
Kayoobi = Tuesday
Suiyoobi = Wednesday
Mokuyoobi = Thursday
Kin'yoobi = Friday
Doyoobi = Saturday

shi: four (Don't use shi when counting people, theres another word for it I think)
go: five (I'm not sure if you're alowed to use this one for counting people either.. might want to look it up)
roku: six (Not sure about this one either)
shichi: seven (STILL not sure)
hachi: eight
kyu: nine
juu: ten
ichiman: 100,000

Helpful Hints

Masu or Desu is pronounced mass or dess ^^.

For counting time, instead of 'shi' for four, you use 'yo'. So it's..

''Ima, nan-ji desu ka?,,
"Ima, yo-ji desu."

"Now, what time is it?,,
"Now, it is 4 o'clock,,


Yuki can also mean courage, depending on the intonation of the word.

But otherwise it's very good.
