PLEASE HELP

Help me. I have a strange feeling in my stomach, and it's not hunger. I don't know what it is...
This feeling is just so annoying, I want to slit my wrist to make the pain flow over the strange feeling. Could anyone
tell me what this feeling is? or what I can do to make it stop?
