I love the experience of LIFE. All it's wonders, all it's truth, all
it's sadness, all it's tenderness, in all it's raw form! Travel,
anime, manga, photography, sketching, learning, flight, friends. I
love dance & disco style music; motown, classical are always
favorites. I love discovery channel, BBC America... Dr Who, Red
Dwarf, Top Gear. I love books...I could spend a day in a book store.
I love to attend anime conventions.....at least once a month. Oh,
too many interests to list.

While pondering the mysteries of BBC, Doctor Who, Red Dwarf, I came
across these little bits that I forgot:
-youtube videos removed-
Since you read this far down on my profile, I think I should offer an
opinion about my experience on Kupika. Kupika is another one of those
'social network' site...which has it's use but something that annoys
me (king of social networking annoyance is MySpace). In general, I
don't care for casual social network. Users use it build up their
'associates' or 'friends' counter...kind of inauthentic, don't you
think? 'fake'?
Back to Kupika... I like to sketch.
A few time, ion other OEKAKIs, I got so inspired by some musings (by
a muse? or thoughts?) that I whipped out 2 or 3 sketches. I was
asked to follow the rules of -one sketch a day per user-. I forgot.
XD It's their webpage, they make the rules. I'm cool with that.
OK, what about if I have one of those moment of creativity? I needed
a backup oekaki to sketch. That brings us back to Kupika. I found
Kupika from a search. I was amused...Kupika had no limits except
that it cost 3Kpoints to upload/post each picture. I use Kupika as a
backup oekaki desitination if I need to sketch out an important
thought.
My opinion about Kupika? I didn't know what to expect at first. I
realized that the users on here are skewed towards a younger crowd.
I wasn't sure what to expect as far as the quality of the artists
here. I'm somewhat surprise to see that there are over a dozen very
decent artists here.
What else do I think about Kupika? The navigation...the interface...
it needs a bit more. Kupika is a place for sociallization. I'm not
against sociallizing; but, I'm here for surveying other's art talent
and to sketch.
How does Kupika's oekaki compare to others? I'm on 3 other oekaki
forum. The computer that runs the Kupika software is questionable.
I'm sure this will improve.
Kupika isn't a place if you want 'content'. If you think
'information' is a form of entertainment, Kupika isn't quite for you.
If you're looking for flash games, it's not Kupika. If you're
looking for extensive galleries, Kupika users is slowly building it.
If you're looking for wisdom or knowlege, no more than 6 or 7 people
(in their 'chat' window) have enough life experience to qualify as
'wise' or 'knowlegible'.
There seems to be nice people on here. They do offer some revolation
and insight in art, and those moments are worth joining Kupika for
it's weird 3KupikaPoint cost for finishing a sketch.
Things I like to eat: Dim sum, sushi, bubble tea, PHO, fruits...lots
of fruits & vegetable, some minor amounts of meat, pork, turkey,
chicken, Thai, Indian...curry dishes, kimchi (I had a few
times...need to try more in order to know if I like it or not)
...............I try to avoid beef but it's not always practical.

OMFG! I'm BRILLIANT!
1, The 'average' IQ for a given population is 100. If the average
population is full of smart people, it's suppose to be 100, still.
If the average is dumb as a rock, it's still 100.
2, Don't bother taking your IQ test on this site. it's for them to
spam you with junk mail. If you must take the test, you can use a
made up address if you just want the result.
3, There are MANY ways to measure IQ. NO....no.....NOOOOO, NO IQ
test is 'perfect'. One way is to measure how many words you know (or
how many words you can figure out in a written test...this is more
accurate to how they test you).
4, OKay, here's my take on THIS test. It's bunk! You can NOT
accurately guage IQ by a handfull of questions...about 2dozen or so?
(15 questions, maybe?) To get a better measurement, a test should
have a few thousand questions...and take several days to complete (my
opinion). Better"> |
